Provinces didn’t do enough to prevent COVID-19 deaths in nursing homes

A new report finds Canada had the record among wealthy nations for the impact of COVID-19 on long-term care and many provinces didn’t do enough to fix problems ahead of the second wave. And advocates say governments are still not doing enough to improve conditions.
